Good Karma Baking Company is a Cottage Food Operation (CFO)  operating under the Florida cottage food laws. As such, it requires no license and it is not inspected by any state or government entity.  However, I maintain a business license in Martin County, Florida, I am insured, and I strictly comply with all county and municipal laws and ordinances that regulate the preparation, storage, and sale of cottage food products.

I am committed to the highest standards of cleanliness and make every effort to avoid cross contamination, however all food products are processed on shared equipment.   Please use your best judgement when deciding if Good Karma food products are appropriate for your particular food issue.  Feel free to email me with any and all questions you may have about the products and/or ingredients.
